A high-energy resistance workout, rooftop edition. Sweat, sculpt, and fire up your core + booty.

Booty, Bands & Beats is your October invitation to move, sweat, and sculpt. Set against the rooftop vibes of Left on Friday. This isn’t just a workout: it’s a full-body, resistance-band experience with powerhouse instructor Anna Childerhose (SPAR, SPINCO). Aseasoned trainer with over 10 years of weight training and functional fitness experience, 5+ years of group fitness instruction and a background as a University Rugby 7s athlete and military veteran. Anna brings energy, precision and intensity to every class, helping you push your limits, build strength, and leave feeling empowered.

Expect a 45-minute, high-energy resistance band class using Vector Athletics bands to sculpt your booty, strengthen your core and flow through a seamless, full-body burn. The class is low-impact but high-intensity, with a 5-minute cool down and stretch to leave you feeling defined and ready to take on the rest of your day.

After class, the fun continues downstairs in the Left on Friday showroom. Mingle with your fellow movers, sip on mocktails, enjoy light bites, shop the showroom and explore some surprise local vendors (details coming soon). This is your chance to connect, snack, shop and soak up the community vibes that make Sweat & Social unique.
